Skimmity Hitchers 4th album released on Fuelled By Cider label

We’re excited to announce that cult Scrumpy & Western loons Skimmity Hitchers are launching their brand new album in association with Fuelled By Cider.

The band, who have been working with Fuelled By Cider since our inception, recorded the album at our studio in Ilton, Somerset, with all recording and mixing done by our in-house engineer (and Skimmity Hitchers drummer) James Pagella aka Drum Cheddar.

Full details of the album will be made public after the launch event in Dorchester on June 4th, but the band have given us a glimpse of what to expect. Frontman (and second kazoo player) Tatty Smart told us, quite simply, that “it’s what cider is supposed to sound like, the future of Scrumpy & Western”.

So if you like your music fruity, feisty, upbeat, funny and a little bit rude, and enjoy a glass or two of cider in your spare time, we’d highly recommend you check out what they are offering.
